Everyone’s health needs are different. Our licensed massage therapists carefully customize the right bodywork treatment to best fit your needs. Special attention and care is given to each and every client that comes through our door to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Core Therapies (30, 60 or 90-minute Sessions)
Remember: our sessions include a full 30, 60 or 90 minutes of therapy.
This means our therapist will work on you the full 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Swedish Massage $40/ $60/ $85
Swedish Massage is the most common of the complementary therapies used in the United States. During a “Swedish session”, the therapist applies techniques to the most superficial layers of soft tissue. These techniques include kneading, friction, tapping, long, flowing strokes, and active and passive joint movement. Typical sessions reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage $45/$70/$110
This therapeutic modality relies on slower, broader strokes, more pressure, and targeted cross friction to break down toxic congestions, stretch/loosen constricted muscles, and release endorphins. These techniques focus on deeper layers of muscle tissue than other modalities, reducing chronic tension, relieving pain, and improving muscle/joint function.
Lymphatic Massage Not Applicable/$70/$110
This modality includes therapeutic techniques designed to activate and cleanse your fluid system. Using knowledge of efficient lymphatic system functioning, the therapist locates stagnant areas, identifies good drainage pathways, and uses gentle, wave-like movements to safely re-direct fluid flow. More efficient lymphatic circulation typically helps reduce inflammation, and improve digestion, nutrient assimilation, and waste elimination.
Pregnancy Massage $40/$60/Not Applicable
This adaptation of Swedish Massage pays special attention to the safe and comfortable positioning of both mother and child. Techniques vary by trimester and focus on improving circulation, relaxing overtaxed muscles, and reducing prenatal stress and pain. While pregnancy massage is often an effective form of complementary prenatal care, physician approval is advisable, especially in “high risk” pregnancies.

Reflexology $45/$70/Not Applicable
This therapy stimulates a system of points in your feet (and sometimes hands) that corresponds to all areas of the body. As the points and corresponding reflexes are stimulated, the therapy helps release tension linked to nervous stress and improves nerve and blood supply.
Trigger Point Therapy $45/$70/$110
Painful, irritated areas in muscles (i.e., “trigger points”) are the focus of this complementary therapy. After locating tender areas of direct pain, the therapist applies concentrated finger pressure and uses breath to release toxins (e.g., excessive lactic acid), relieving pain and restoring range of motion.

Specialty Therapies (30, 60 or 90-minute Sessions)
Remember: our sessions include a full 30, 60 or 90 minutes of therapy.
This means our therapist will work on you the full 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Craniosacral Therapy $45/$75/$115
(1st Adult Session is 90 minutes; 30-minutes for Infants & children under 12)
During a “craniosacral session”, the therapist identifies blockages in cerebrospinal fluid flow throughout the body and applies gentle pressure to release restrictions in your connective tissue. As trapped energy and/or emotions are released, your body begins a series of self-correcting activities at a cellular level. These self-correcting activities are initially noticeable as tension eases, pain dissipates, and your craniosacral rhythm improves.
Myofascial Release Therapy $45/$75/$115
This work focuses on improving the health of your fascia—the fibrous or web-like connective tissue that covers the whole body, individual muscles, and parts of muscles. Using cross-fiber positioning and directed pressure, the therapist helps stretch tissue and release restrictions. Typically, this tissue lengthening and re-orientation relaxes the body, improves cellular activity, and restores muscle function.
Reiki $45/$70 /Not Applicable
During a Reiki session, the therapist acts as a channel through which you access the universal life force. With hands gently touching your body and/or suspended above your body, the therapist helps you receive energy that your body subsequently directs to needed areas. Typically, this self-directed energy boost relieves tension and results in a greater sense of calm, well being and/or balance.
Structural Integration Therapy $45/$75/$115
This therapy involves a system of body restructuring that focuses on
the body’s soft, connective tissue network. During an integration
session, the therapist uses deep pressure, facilitated stretching,
breath, and synchronized movement techniques to lengthen shortened
tissue. As tissue restrictions are removed, gravity helps re-align body
parts and promotes better balance and more efficient movement.
Zero Balancing Not Applicable/$75/Not Applicable
This therapy is designed to remove energy blockages resulting from physical, mental or emotional disturbances. When applying Zero Balancing therapy, the therapist focuses on the energy interruptions in the bones and joints of the body. As gentle pressure techniques release blockages, typical results include pain/stress relief, stronger coping mechanisms, and a greater capacity to engage in self-healing behaviors.
Energy Exploration Services
In addition to Core and Specialty Therapies, we offer Energy Exploration Services for individuals and small groups. During an exploration session, you participate in guided meditation and breath exercises lead by Kathy Burns, a Certified Healing From the Core Instructor for The Upledger Institute. Through these exercises, you develop a set of energy resourcing skills. These skills will help you reduce pain, increase energy, and deepen your understanding of your body as a sophisticated navigational system. Because session times and prices vary, please contact Kathy Burns for additional information.
